Andy Freer, joint Managing Director
The latest member of the Freer family to lead our business, Andy is a seasoned industry professional with a deep-rooted passion for quality and innovation. As joint MD, Andy oversees Measom Freer’s strategic direction, ensuring that we continue to deliver cutting-edge packaging solutions.
With a diverse skill set encompassing all aspects of design, from 3D to engineering and packaging design, Andy is able to draw upon strong experience of project management and customer focus.
Having worked in the business since the 1980s, Andy ensures Measom Freer remains one of the most respected names in plastic packaging, based on the quality of our product range and a laser-like attention upon client service.
Ben Freer, Joint Managing Director
Ben is Joint Managing Director of Measom Freer, working alongside Andy to help lead the business through its next stage of development. Having previously managed day-to-day factory operations, Ben brings a hands-on understanding of production, planning, customer requirements and the technical demands of the factory floor.
His focus is on supporting the continued development of the business while protecting the quality, flexibility and customer service that Measom Freer is known for. Ben works across production, planning, sales, recruitment and operational improvement, helping to ensure the business remains efficient, responsive and ready for the future.
Anne Freer, Financial Director
Anne is a highly experienced financial professional with a track record in driving business growth and stability. As Financial Director, Anne plays a pivotal role in shaping strategy and ensuring its long-term success.
Alongside the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets, Anne provides the senior management team with strategic insights to support informed decision-making.
With a strong focus on maximising our financial performance and operational efficiency, Anne ensures Measom Freer continues to build upon its proud heritage to shape a strong future. Anne’s expertise is instrumental in the company’s continued success as a leading UK plastic packaging manufacturer.
Graham Farrow, UK SALES MANAGER
Graham is an experienced account manager with a background in the plastic packaging industry. He joined Measom Freer to support our existing customer base, strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.
Graham brings valuable industry knowledge and a clear understanding of customer needs. He is focused on showcasing Measom Freer’s UK manufacturing capabilities, helping customers benefit from shorter lead times, reliable supply chains and high-quality plastic packaging solutions.
Graham’s enthusiasm for strengthening customer relationships, combined with his experience and dedication, makes him a valuable addition to the Measom Freer team.
Kara Soper, Operations Manager
Kara brings a wealth of cross-functional experience to her role as Operations Manager, having worked across production, purchasing, sales, and customer service at Measom Freer. This hands-on background gives her a unique end-to-end understanding of our manufacturing processes and customer needs.
In her current role, Kara oversees the day-to-day running of operations, ensuring that production runs smoothly, orders are fulfilled on time, and customer expectations are consistently met. She plays a key role in coordinating between departments, driving efficiency, and maintaining our high standards for service and quality. Her commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction makes her a vital part of the Measom Freer team.
Lynne Chawner, Quality Control Manager
Having worked for us since 2005, Lynne draws upon her experience in the packaging and containers industry to maintain high standards of quality control. As Quality Control Manager, Lynne is a seasoned professional dedicated to ensuring the highest quality in every product we produce.
Her expertise in manufacturing, quality control and production planning guarantees that our packaging solutions meet and exceed industry regulations and customer expectations, amid a fast changing business environment. Lynne’s strong focus on health and safety, certified by the British Safety Council, also ensures a secure and compliant working environment for our team and customers.
