We have our own in-house toolroom which has continual investment in cutting edge CNC technology which complements our CAD CAM design facility. We specialise in the production of quality injection & blow moulding tools.

Our stock products can be tailored to suit your specific needs. An alternative to full custom moulding. Small alterations can be made to our

products to help you achieve your desired look for your products. A dip tube cutting service is also available.

Our Extrusion Blow Moulding plant allows us to manufacture recycled plastic bottles to be made to customers' own requirements in recycled, recyclable and virgin

thermoplastics including HDPE, rHDPE, LDPE, PVC, PETG, rPETG PCR, PP, rPP, PLA, Compostable and Bioplastic materials. 

We can make plastic bottles ranging from as small as 2ml all the way up to 5 litre in capacity.

We manufacture injection moulded parts, here on the UK, up to a weight of approximately 300g using modern fast cycling Injection Moulding machines.

We can use most recycled, recyclable and virgin thermoplastic & Bioplastic materials.

At Measom Freer, as well as manufacturing and stocking our own plastic bottles and caps we also design, develope and manufacture bespoke products for our customers. Attention to detail and personal service are paramount and we thrive on producing solutions to the most demanding manufacturing challenge – our fine reputation in the business is testament to our experience and exceptional customer service. Our printing service is available for the decoration of our bottles and mouldings. We provide a labelling service for any of our stocked boston round bottles from 100ml size and upwards.

We can help originate your artwork to suit your requirements. Send us your design and we will help you print our bottles and product to your requirements. We use Adobe CC Creative Suite for Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.

Unfortunately we don't offer this service for parts not made by us.

We manufacture 24 hours a day to achieve maximum output and get your product to you as quickly as possible.

We stock our own products but if any item isn't in stock or has to be made to order for you we have a usual lead time of two to three weeks.
